With the avowed aim “to help advance our capabilities and capacities, both individually and collectively, to help develop other people and organizations (including our own)”, the team at QCCD created an intellectual and creative think-tank, named “The People Developers”. The core concept was to bring together professionals from different disciplines to “Meet and discuss in an informal but disciplined manner the challenges we face in pursuit of our jobs and duties; seek each other’s support, advice, and benefit from each other’s experiences gathered from working in different countries under different circumstances.”

The People Developers meet once a month at an Events and Luncheon Meeting at a 5-star venue. Membership to this exclusive forum is by ‘Invitation only’, and hence there is no membership fee or financial obligations of any kind. Drawn from a wide range of professional and educational backgrounds, there are 56 members (and growing), each dedicated to the pursuit of intellectual and professional excellence at his or her workplace and society-at-large.Since inception, we have come to be known as a leader in quality Management and Executive Development programs. Our client base consists of over 100 different organizations that range from small-to-medium family owned businesses, large government organizations and institutions, to multi-billion dollar international corporations.
